After experiencing burnout firsthand while practicing law, I dedicated my second chapter to helping others heal, prevent, + manage their own stress.
I have over a decade of experience teaching professionals how to use the tools of yoga to feel their best physically, mentally, + emotionally.
In that time, I've developed a series of wellness offerings designed specifically for the busy professional - aka folks who sit at a desk all day, and/or work remotely, and/or think they're too busy to take care of themselves.

Signature DIY Wellness Workshop
Did you know that studies show that taking short, frequent breaks during the workday vastly improves mental focus and function? Not to mention preventing the many physical aches and pains that are caused by sitting in a chair too much!
In this special interactive workshop, I'll teach your team a series of quick, easy-to-remember yoga practices that they can do on their own throughout the workday to help them stay energized and focused.
I'll also provide them with electronic handouts to help them remember each sequence.
They'll feel so good after this session that yes, they actually will stick to their new daily practices!

Mindfulness Coaching
An Enlightened Approach To Team-Building
"Mindfulness" is one of those wellness buzzwords that you hear all the time, but probably don't really understand what it means. Basically, it's just a fancy way of saying "paying attention."
And I mean really paying attention, at a level that the average person doesn't usually bother with.
But it's an absolutely crucial skill set for the modern professional to develop, because it's the key to optimal performance in the workplace. From identifying the root causes of burnout, to catching and solving problems while they're still small and manageable (instead of letting them spin out of control), flexing your mindfulness muscle will reap huge rewards in your professional and personal lives.
I offer a wide range of Mindfulness Coaching topics, including Burnout Management, Sustainable Work-Life Balance, Interrupting Harmful Patterns, Dealing with Failure, and Unlocking Your Full Potential.
My Mindfulness Coaching sessions include a brief lecture, guided journaling, buddy discussions, and group coaching. This combination of activities results in a newfound knowledge of the self, concrete action steps for putting that new knowledge to work, *and* lasting bonds with fellow participants.

Harmonic Sound Baths
A Musical Sound Healing Experience
Just like my approach to teaching yoga, when it comes to sound healing, I pull from the different layers of my life to put my own spin on the traditional sound bath experience. I've combined my background as a musician with the art of sound healing to create a uniquely soothing sound bath experience.
My Harmonic Sound Baths are a powerfully restorative way to wind down the brain and body after a busy day, and are a perfect addition to conferences and retreats. They also make for a wonderful stand-alone event if you're looking for a wellness-oriented treat for your team that will leave them feeling rested and recharged.

I'm Not Your Typical Yoga Teacher...
Between my background as corporate attorney and my down to earth approach, I'm not your typical yoga teacher. And that's why corporate audiences love me! I teach yoga for real life. Yoga to keep you feeling energized and healthy, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga that you can do every day, and that you'll want to do every day because of how good it makes you feel!
Forget what you see on Instagram; there are no pretzel-poses or flowery psuedo-science when you practice with me. And I really don't care if you can do a headstand or not. Instead, I teach you practical movements and skills that you incorporate into your daily routine to feel your best and keep burnout at bay.
Sharing a practice like this is also a great opportunity to connect with your co-workers in a fun new way!
