Between my background as an attorney and my down to earth approach, I'm not your typical yoga teacher. And that's why corporate audiences love me! I teach yoga for real life. Yoga to keep you feeling energized and healthy, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Yoga that you can do every day, and that you'll want to do every day because of how good it makes you feel!
Forget what you see on Instagram; there are no pretzel-poses or flowery psuedo-science when you practice with me. And I really don't care if you can do a headstand or not. Instead, I teach you practical movements and skills that you incorporate into your daily routine to feel your best and keep burnout at bay.
